Not free and begs for good reviews

Midway through signing up it begs you to write a good review, before you even use the app. Already scummy. And after the long annoying survey, they slap you in the face with “free trial then __ a month.” Would not reccomend.

This is wonderful I am becoming more confident

Feels sus / scammy

This review is based only on the sign-up, I never actually made it into the app. Two huge red flags:

1) Despite multiple opportunities to say how much the app subscription costs, it does not indicate this anywhere. You’re expected to agree to a 5-day trial and then be charged through the app store. My assumption is they’re angling for maximizing first-month revenue.

2) The sign-up process feels like every other self-help app: it starts out with perfunctory questions to prime you to imagine how it might help you and then rather than letting you try out the app first, they immediately convert you to a trial subscription (see above). In my experience with other apps, these initial questions are not conveyed on to the app, so the point of the questions is purely to convince you to convert to a subscriber, and not to actually be used for your benefit. (Having not used this app, I dont know for certain this is the case — but it has all the hallmarks of these poor quality self help apps)

Install the app, if you want, you’ll see the issues I mentioned right away.

I recommend trying this app

I just downloaded this app today and I feel like its so far helping me to understand others and myself and situations. I already understand a little bit more and I feel I can improve myself with this apps support and others support

Pay

You have to pay to play it

Enlighten

The app gives examples that are common. Makes you answer questions that makes clear sense and recaps to remember what’s happening. Then to follow that, they make you answer in your own words what you learned to make sure you understand!

Update looks nice, but feels dumbed down

The update looks nice, but feels dumbed down. All the content has been replaced and all user progress lost. There are fewer lessons now and fewer categories to choose from. The questions and answers often feel too easy now, and the AI art is distracting. Ive used it a lot the last couple weeks and given the update a chance. I think it has lost a lot of value it once had.

The app itself teaches about how we are more deeply affected by loss than we are uplifted by an equivalent gain. Im sure a lot of the user base was frustrated by the sudden loss of all the old content and progress. Can you bring any of it back?

Really happy so far

Financial Difficulties

Why is it that the app is made out to seem like it will be free and easily available to all individuals, but after spending 10 minutes logging into the app and answering multiple questions, then we are met with being told that it cost money? This app seemed so helpful and i’m so disappointed to not be able to use it because of financial difficulties. While I understand that nothing comes for free, it would be nice if this app was available to everyone regardless of financial status as there isn’t many apps online that can help with these kinds of issues.

Cool app idea

I’ve only been on the app a couple minutes, but it seems like a really good one. Like the set up and confidence boost so far definitely we’re checking out I believe.

Großes Potenzial

App ist eigentlich mega designed, aber nach der ersten Lektion kommt direkt eine Paywall, der man nicht ausweichen kann.

owe the app 79.09$

I took the free trial, never opened the app every again, deleted in a couple days after and then cancelled the free subscription, and for months now i haven’t been able to download any apps, not have i been able to update any of my apps because it says i owe this app 79.09$.

Bugs

Seemed cool until I got got further into it. Screen was all jumbled and could not read question. Had to remove

It was good.

I actually was really liking this app before they had an updated and changed the whole layout. Before it felt really straight forward, it didn’t feel cheesy, the app was easy to navigate, but now it all feels very childish and the lessons don’t fell as helpful. Also, since the update there have been some glitches and problems with the interactive parts. Like sometimes with the drag and drop activities, I can’t see the entire prompt and because of that I tend to get things wrong. Anyway, I ended up deleting this app because I wasn’t enjoying the update.

Response from developer

Thank you for the feedback! I'm sorry to hear that you deleted the app. Our dev team is actively working on resolving the drag and drop activities bug. We really appreciate your feedback and take what you say seriously. I'll relay this to the rest of the team

What’s with the update?

What happend to the old content?? Why i cant see them, suddenly everything is new but the old ones are gone? I haven’t finished my old content yet.

Response from developer

I really apologize for the poor experience. We recently published our largest update yet that brought new exercises types and lessons. As part of that update, some of our previous lessons have been taken away and replaced with higher quality lessons. I do really apologize that your existing progress on those lessons have been reset. I will relay this to the rest of the team so things like this doesn't happen again!

VERY aggressive paywall

The app seemed like one of the many life coaches that claim they’ll help you and offer a free trial. as SOON as you open the path to the lessons you are hit with a 70 dollar paywall. This app is one of many, steer clear.
