My 11yo loves the library and has his own library card and number (with my details behind it, but a different number to mine, so he can use the library independently and learn the responsibility of returning books on time) BUT the app is only for 17+ which is ridiculous! I can’t believe he won’t be able to use the app on his own phone until he’s in Year 12. Just bonkers (especially when he can just access it on a browser anyway - it is literally just canceling out convenience for no good reason). Please fix asap!

Room for improvement but overall functional app

Great app overall and enjoy the new interface, however some additional features would be useful such as; Notifications to be sent through the app regarding holds which are available for pickup and books due soon. Also it would also be useful to be able to see how many holds are currently queued for a book, without having to actually queue the book first and find yourself 40th in queue (as an example).
