Signed up, signed in, found a lot of interesting content, and started in. After a few days I was kicked out and now the app doesn’t recognize my email and wants me to pay for membership again. Submitted a ticket so I hope to be changing this to a positive review soon.

Charged me for Torch membership- and have zero access
This app needs A LOT of work. Half the time doesn’t work (it seems). But now I’ve been charged the yearly rate for Torch membership (which I authorized)….. except I have zero access to anything! I can see the little star next to my name, but I can’t do anything without being prompted to purchase ANOTHER Torch membership! Fix this or refund my money. Good Grief.

The program seems to be a work in progress but seems to be improving. Still needs some polishing but it works.
No video on iPad(5th generation)
Videos don’t play on iPad(5th generation) with OS 16.7.12, all i get is a black screen and none of the controls work after clicking play on a video.

Ever since the update I am unable to login to the app even though I can login to the website and watch (not a Torch member just a regular listener)

New subscriber to The Torch. IPad Mini, all I get is a picture of Glenn holding an obsolete phone to his ear. That’s it, just the picture.

The new Insider feed during the show is amazing - finally I’m not having to hear the same commercials over and over again. Jason does a great job hosting - and Glenn jumps in as well during breaks. It’s like the old days of the Insider - I love it!
