Excellent app.
Glimmo offers a unique (to me) take on the AI journal experience. The ability to design your own has been a fun an interesting way to collect and reflect on my thoughts. Job well done.
Made a mistake
Shouldn’t have gotten this app. Got it last year in the hopes that it’d help me journal better. The entire app is filled with bugs. Journal suggestion doesn’t suggest anything, the phone has phantom haptics as soon as I open the app, and the best one- cannot even report a bug or make a suggestion on the app despite there being a button. Do not purchase this. The AI companion part doesn’t feel good. Only for a day maybe. Feels way too computer-ish. Thought it’d be a natural conversation sorta thing. Anyway, I’d wish I could get a refund but I don’t think the makers are really looking out for its users.

Built Upon Lies
Beta Users were promised Lifetime Premium accounts. However, we were then told that granting lifetime wasn't possible. Then, after a one-year granting of premium, ghosted via email, message, telegram, etc. Glad I took screenshots of the promises made. Maybe Apple will be interested in such abuses.

Disappointing
AI responses are in Chinese despite language set to English. Support email gets bounced back.

Great journal
Love this journal app! The AI replies are such a unique feature, it feels like a warm hug and validation without anyone reading your diary for real, and choosing your own companions is a lovely touch. The suggestions based on what you’ve recently listened to, photos you’ve taken etc are great for prompts too. The jar of emojis based on what you’ve written is super sweet. It would be nice to get some themes other than light and dark mode. I would say the premium is a tad expensive so haven’t committed myself to it but understand devs gotta make money. The free version is excellent too

Fun and interactive journaling
I really enjoy the responses the AI gives. There are several helpful journal types and interesting prompts. I like the emoji jar and magnets. It’s a fun safe way for me to record my life and work through stress. Talking to the AI is like talking to a friend.
Amazing
I have tried journaling in the past but have a hard time sticking to it. The AI feature is so cool. They respond to entries and you can interact which is fun. Mood tracker is great. Can’t wait to see how this app continues to evolve.

You can delete journal entries by going to the entry detail and tapping the option in the upper right corner, sorry it might be a bit hidden. My favorite journal app so far
I’ve tried a bunch of self-help, self-care, and journaling apps, but this one really captured my attention immediately. It has a cute mascot with a polished aesthetic, plenty of prompts and templates to help you get started with journaling, and cute and clever emojis that go along with the content of your journal. The AI companions are also so fun and hilarious with their responses, and you can even create your own companion with the premium version! I feel motivated to come back and share my thoughts with my little AI friends regularly. 😂
