Does not work

The app just spins in a never ending processing mode. I even attempted to use the help feature to send a message and it came back undeliverable. Do not use. Stay away.

Paid money and images don’t generate. The email for their customer service doesn’t work either.

Waste of money & does not work!

I’m asking to please refund my money for this app. I’ve been waiting over 24 hours for my photos and it still circling saying that images are processing. I did this in well enough time when it said only a few hours, but I did not expect 24 hours or more now my anniversary is over and it defeated the purpose of wanting to do something special. I demand a refund for $7.99 !
