The app just spins in a never ending processing mode. I even attempted to use the help feature to send a message and it came back undeliverable. Do not use. Stay away.

Paid money and images don’t generate. The email for their customer service doesn’t work either.
Waste of money & does not work!
I’m asking to please refund my money for this app. I’ve been waiting over 24 hours for my photos and it still circling saying that images are processing. I did this in well enough time when it said only a few hours, but I did not expect 24 hours or more now my anniversary is over and it defeated the purpose of wanting to do something special. I demand a refund for $7.99 !

Broken app
Do not use this app. You’ll be allowed to download it for free. But once you want to make an image, they will ask to charge your account. After charging your account, they will claim that it takes multiple hours or days to create the image. I paid $6 for images that still did not originate after one month.
Not a big deal financially. But you’ll wait for images that never arrive.

This app doesn’t work , been processing photos for 24 hours and still nothing ! Wasted money on this !!!!! either make the app work or remove it from the app market !!!
Absolutely useless
Made a purchase though app store and have been loading for days even tried closing the app just continuous circle. Please refund me the money or fix please! And I've tried to email the email you have on your page and it says its not even a real email. Ig I got scammed!

Makes you wait until you’ve already made half of the selections of photos for an avatar couple to tell you it’s for straight couples only. Should have lead with that and not had me waste my time downloading, setting up, and trying to use the app.

It say could take anywhere from 30 minutes to a few hours to process photos. It has been two days now and still nothing. The customer support email they give you isn’t real and doesn’t work.

You should be allowed to preview!
It is so wrong to have us waste our time like this. Picking out 20 pictures of my partner, and I,I do not mind paying for apps like this and it is a really good deal to get 200 pictures for $6.99. But we should be able to preview to make sure we’re getting what we pay for. I will not buy anything blindly.. I would like to see a preview of the pictures before I pay for them. And it doesn’t show you a preview. and I don’t think it’s right to pay for something that you haven’t seen yet. Uninstalled! Will find another app.

You get charged and they give you a bunch of pictures of other people then you message them and they don’t even have an active email for support don’t do it!!!!
