Terrible App
This app is required to use my expensive Glo Whitening system. Unfortunately, whenever I open it, all I get is a blank white screen. I've tried deleted and downloading, closing and restarting phone, all to no avail. Help and support is nonexistent. Recommend you stay away and use a different whitening system all together.

I got a new phone and the app is completely not functional. Just a white screen. I’ve deleted and redownloaded to the same result. Hoping I can use the device without it.

Terrible App
Why does an app that is simply used for teeth whitening need so much security? Everytime I open it it locks me out of my account and Face ID doesn’t work either. Something that should take 2 minutes ends up taking a whole hour just because of the log in. The developers need to fix this it’s ridiculous.

This app doesn’t even allow you to log in, and gives multiple error notices. Log your teeth whitening schedule yourself
Does Not Work!
I always have to input my password because the app does not save it at all. And it does not work with my Face ID. Today the app won’t work at all. All I get is a white screen. So this app is pretty much worthless.
Fix This!!
For the cost of the kit that includes an app to use it properly I expect an app that works! Come on!! I will NOT recommend this product until this is fixed!! PITA!!
For all those doing research..find something else! This thing next connects to the app properly and you have to play with it for 10 mins before doing anything!!
Also, for further knowledge- this just does the front & surface of your teeth which is fine for touch ups only- IF you’re looking to play with their app to use it!

Dysfunctional
App doesn’t work properly! I have to enter password every single time I log in and pair the device repeatedly. The connection also gets lost in the middle of a session. So frustrating. It’s awful that I’m seeing the same feedback every year for more than five years. Does anyone at Glo care??

Doesn’t remember who you are, screen goes blank, starts on its own. Horrid
Worst app ever
This app can only open once, after that, it cannot open anymore. It just gives you a white screen. No matter how many times you reinstalled.
Can’t even log in.
Just downloaded the add and tried to create an account. Kept failing and receiving error message “Couldn’t connect to server.”
Glo app
I am a hygienist and know how compliance is when I advise patients to do something! They think they are being compliant but miss days! If you want whitening to work, patient has to do their part. The app keeps them on track after investing in a product. I feel better recommending when I know there is a better way to get the best results!

This is genius! I went to my dentist for my cleaning and purchased my take-home kit. I absolutely love it. It reminds me when to whiten and brighten my smile. It's so easy to use. It's new and improved and it's OUTSTANDING!

I love this app. I get so lost in my day I love that this app reminds me to stop and take care of my smile! I get reminders on my Apple Watch as well. I love my beautiful white smile! Thank you GLO

the app does not work and it is impossible to use the device, so what should be done after paying for nothing

The app doesn’t work. The GLO Lit Power Pack wouldn’t even turn on when I pressed the on button. This device is a waste of money. Don’t but it. ITS USELESS AND CHEAPLY MADE!!
Garbage don’t waste your money
Doesn’t even work - relies on pairing with your phone to use and is NEVER able to connect. Waste of money, also way too complicated to use when it used to connect. It’s a lot easier to just use white strips once for 30 min rather than reapplying this crap multiple times every 8 minutes.
