Poor UI, automation doesn’t work well

Between the hardware and software my blinds automation has been poor since Day 1. The software UI is confusing and clunky, but the bigger problem is between the app, hub and blinds. On a daily basis one of the blinds won’t “wake up” for a scheduled automation, defeating the whole point. Replacing the hub and updating firmware hasn’t helped. Had I known the product was this poor, I would have gone with a competitor or skipped spending the money on smart blinds. Extremely frustrating and the manufacturer seems to have no interest

Good design, terrible execution

This app is beyond frustrating. I need to restart it every time I want to adjust the blind. And even then it may or may not work. The wireless hub has such limited range. It makes it worthless.
