Worst banking app
I don’t typically leave reviews but this bank is awful. Everything about them is outdated.
SSL certificate?
App keeps saying ssl certificate failure, what does that mean because I’m unable to login, I even uninstalled and reinstalled the app same issue, poor user interface as well just boring cheap ,spend some money and upgrade the app
Poorly Built
I wish I could give this app zero stars. Every time I have to login on web I need to call customer care to unlock my account because the app locks me out and tells me my password is incorrect but as soon as I get someone to unlock it, my password works fine. This is a horrible app and FGB needs to get a proper engineering team to rebuild this mess.

Very poor app…having to jump between app for verification code of which doesn’t give you enough time type .. plus code not recognised so after three attempts… locked
Stops working too frequent, annoyed
I have to login or uninstall it too often. It removes the sign in too often.
Needs update
It’s a good App but it needs more attention with frequently updates every times I open the app I have to used my token code which doesn’t really makes any sense to me but other than that I have no problem
Dumb and now Dumber
This app was already middling at best, with the biggest issue being the inability to view your most recent transactions. I’d like to know how what testing process this app went through and why after so long this is still not corrected. Now to make matters worse it is insisting that my device is jailbroken and refusing to open. I seriously wish there was a zero stars option. FGB please get the developer to fix the app.

Thoroughly Annoyed
This is like the 3rd or 4th time I’m having issues with logging in to my account via the App and Desktop after their update.

Enable the option to see password
It is frustrating that this app does not allow the option to see the password after it’s been entered. This is the only way to ensure we are in fact entering the correct password. Multiple wrong entries have barred me from logging on and then having to reset the password with the head office. Please fix it!
