My credit settlement is through clear one advantage. My understanding is this company simply has an account that pays the arrangements. A holding company. Every transaction does have a fee, but I’ve completed 3 settlements so far. The app is really basic, but customer service calls with the ghc company have gone well.

Worse thing I’ve ever done in my life. They tell you x number of years then when the time is up and you’ve never missed a payment they add more years for some fraudulent reason. Save yourself. I wish someone had told me.

I have an IPhone 13 and I cannot see my info because it crashes immediately after the first security question is submitted.

Elite Financial Services, global holdings, they always have different people that help you and they tell you your debt is settled until another person comes in and says “oh John didn’t settle the debt he just tells his clients that to make them feel better but we are in the process”. So when I see that my crdit score kept dropping like they said it would after settling with one of hospitals I paid a settlement and nothing came off my credit report. They literally keep taking money and can’t give me any proof where it’s going they say I’ll send you an update with everything and nope never get one only get a message back saying “I’ll get back with you by the end of day” and it’s already been a week. Already sent another email. I’ve talked to at LEAST 3 at most 6 ppl and they always have different story’s about my account and they put the last person that was helping me down but they don’t even help me in the moment. Still waiting Donna. Also the App.. this was a waste I was trying to get record of everything and going through the payments and of course they make no sense especially because I took one of my crdit cards out the “program” it said from the beginning that crdit card was getting payments but they haven’t even talked to that bank. So just doesn’t make sense at all. I was able to screenshot a lot of fake transactions before this app crashed smh. Soooo my advise don’t do it please save your crdit by not even giving them the time of day.
