The “app” is terrible. Not even an app. You have to start your search all over again if you want to look at other locations. You just can’t hit the back arrow.
Logging in over and over again gets really old
This app desperately needs updating. It’s slow to load content and ANY time you use the back arrow it takes you to the log in page where you have to log in all over again. EACH time. Come on…really? And updated photos of the properties you are trying to have members stay at would be greatly appreciated. Some look like they were taken in the 80’s.

Bait and switch
When we bought into GDV, we could choose from tens of thousands weeks in thousands of locations. They asked us for more money to upgrade and wet choose not to, so now we only have 69 locations from which to choose. And none of the locations are where we originally chose this to vacation club to go. We're feeling like we were ripped off!

Useless app
GDV App insufficient
Great for making the reservation but once reservation is made forget trying to remember it or even find it in a history.
Went to Hawaii for $399
I just wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation for this program that my family and I have found that allows us to travel to destinations like Hawaii for 399 a week we love Global. There’s nothing out there like it. We highly recommend it to anybody looking for an alternative to vacation homeownership

Not What Was Promised
We signed up with GDV because they painted a beautiful picture of going on vacations for cheap and kept offering lower prices to us to sign up. We have tried to book two cruises since signing up and GDV won’t make it happen. We set up a meeting to go over the functions of the app to make sure we knew how to use it, and when a death in the family happened they were not accommodating to reschedule or to contact me again. I will be pursuing getting out of my contract with them in any legal way I have to. GDV is a joke.

They changed the app!
They’ve changed the app and it’s not user friendly AT ALL! I can’t figure out what I’m doing and am just getting frustrated. Please fix this!
Customer service
The worst I have experienced. Can’t log in and got a number for the sales guy and not able to leave a message. Imagine that. The money I have invested in the bogus site is out crazy. Never been able to get help and can’t cancel and get my thousands of dollars back
Fix Back Out Issue
Unable to go back to the precious screen. App takes you all the back and you have to start from the beginning. Very inefficient!

This company needs someone NEW to update this app. It does not give enough information on anything. When searching for a unit and I click the back button it takes me all the way back to the beginning ☹️

Ok. Another update 3 weeks ago which didn’t make any difference at all! I couldn’t book the condo offer through the app and because I’m traveling don’t have access to my laptop. I had to call the agent to book before the offer expired. Not convenient at all. #%~>€=@&%###!!!!!!! PLEASE GO BACK TO THE VERSION BEFORE THE LAST TWO OR THREE UPDATES. Your app used to be intuitive, user friendly and more functional. I hate that I need to use my laptop to have full functionality. So ridiculous. PLEASE, Pay attention to your USERS!!! Flight section never works on app
It didn’t scroll down or let you search for flights. This is a horrible customer experience. I have to use my computer which is not convenient. Please fix this portion of the app

Update is not helpful.
I like the app except that you can’t back to the previous page. You have to keep starting over. It is not intuitive and difficult even to sign in. Please fix!
Confusing
After requesting condo, it says print out request…can’t do it. Hit the back arrow key and loose info and have to start all over again. Request condo says online or print to mail or fax in…no place to print our request form. Very annoying.
Update is annoying
App was updated and now when your looking for condos and press the back arrow button it brings you all the way back to the Home Screen. It’s annoying. The app prior to the update was better and more user friendly.
