Was having difficulty securing an appointment. This app saved me so much time looking at the gov.com website.
Hasn’t worked for me
I wouldn’t buy this app. It keeps showing an appointment available in 5 days at my local office but when I go to the website the office shows they are booked through the next 2 months. Worthless to me
Can’t select the time for appointment
Everything works smooth until I get the screen with the time slots. It won’t let me select the time when I tap on the screen. What could it be?
Not Clear
I feel like they could be clearer with the instructions when using the app. In the app it wouldn’t let me choose a time. I had to go to the website on my laptop.
Speedy and simple
Sure I could log into the portal every day on my own to check for new openings, but it was a lot easier to do so when I got a notification from the app! Got 3 people through appointments in 2wks thanks to early notifications!
Worthless
This app does nothing except echo the TTP Website. How does it get 4 stars.
Reschedule Availability…
My 1st scheduled appointment was after my trip. Checked appointment availability and was notified of earlier date. Clicked to reschedule and Got the earlier date. Love it! Trust the process.

Thankful for App
We finally got appointments through App notifications. Otherwise, we might still be waiting.
Useless for busy locations
Had this for a week and did not receive a single notification for Massachusetts. Different service sent a few dozen in the same time frame (most of those were gone by the time I clicked on the link, but one or two were good). I had the best luck just refreshing the website on my own-got an appointment a couple of days out. Maybe it works for places that have ample availability, but for appointments that go within minutes it’s a waste of money. I don’t think it queries the database often enough.

Lightning Fast
It’s hard to get an appointment in California. I was looking at 6 months plus before I could get in. This app found my wife and I appointments the very next day and we are now good to go!
Only shows one time available
Terrible user interface. Only shows next available appt but it doesn’t allow you to choose the city within the state: terrible app do not purchase.
Also, does not allow you to look at future dates that are available like next available. Useless.

Totally useless “Money Grab”
I have this app installed since Dec 2023 and to date i have not received any appointment information. When you tap to see what’s available all i get is a blank screen with a spinning cursor. No results have ever been displayed. Thank god i had a buddy who used a different app that gave reliable information.

We got the appointment
After three years for trying to schedule on line and only accessing appointments in other cities this app allowed me in two days to schedule appointments in St. Louis. Five star review
