No transparency on pricing
There are two options to purchase this app; one is a weekly subscription and the other is monthly. They say you can cancel anytime before the next payment/renewal, but there is no more information about how and when those charges are made to your account. So the minute you select “weekly” or “monthly,” the ENTIRE AMOUNT is drafted AUTOMATICALLY and IMMEDIATELY. So sure, you can cancel before the next renewal but beware; the next renewal is a year, so you’re in it for the whole amount instantly. And who needs to subscribe to a passport app for an entire year? You need it for a week or for a month, but not for a year. This is disgraceful and the developers of this app are unscrupulous. But enjoy my $47.50!

Eventually worked…
Decent photos uploaded, completed through App, looked good… But failed travel.state.gov “passport” option. Several times. Eventually went with camera mode (quickly offering permissions, only to take them away immediately after… creepy data grab vibes), and worst process of the bunch, terrible alignment issues, worst pic of the bunch, hard to understand how, but it passed, so, I gave it two stars. At least it’s reasonably priced.
