Do not use this

Used this app to renew my passport online just to get a rejection email from the passport agency. If you are on a time crunch and don’t want to risk delays DO NOT USE. Had to retake my photos and mail out a new one not using this.

Then when I reached out to customer support for my refund they replied in German??? Seems super sketchy so will not be using this again.
