Fantastic Way to Get the Job Done
I live in the summertime off grid. I do have Satellite for emails and texting. For me to be able to get my passport renewed from up here is phenomenal. I’m so grateful to this app for making it easy.

So like many of you, I simply could not be bothered to go find a passport booth, so I took a picture and submitted it. My own picture failed. HOWEVER. I discovered this app, took the picture against a normal wall. And then these guys edited my background, lighting etc. and it was approved.
The money is worth it, saves you a trip out. And it works. And if not, they’ll offer double ya money back!

No “in-app purchase” showing, and then you waste all sorts of time and get all the way through and expect completed product…

After spending almost an hour trying to get a photo (by myself) that would give the app what it asked for I uploaded the photo to the app. I almost immediately got back an approval from PhotoAid that they could use the photo. An hour later I received a photo to upload the passport renewal site. So far, so good. Then a week after submitting the photo I received a letter from the State Department that said the photo had been “digitally altered” and please send a physical unaltered photo (not an upload). I contacted PhotoAid and they said they would do another photo for no charge but I would have to resubmit a new photo. Here’s what I think…the original photo should not have been approved by PhotoAid. PhotoAid should know what digital altering they did would not be acceptable and before I start the whole, lengthy process again I should go to CVS and walk out 15 minutes later with two photos I know will be accepted and that process will be $5 less than I spent with PhotoAid.

The Photo was rejected with my USA passport application .. no ability to get another photo with paying again …. Don’t waste your money

This app and checking service is so easy to you - reasonably priced and you’ll soon realise that it’s money well spent - it will be a Godsend for bus passes, travel passes and driving licence renewals and you only pay when you want a photo.
