Don’t bother using this app. Waste of time and money. They just let AI take over, they literally edited my picture “after” reviewing the digital copy. They changed the body of the person in picture that were mailed to me.
I had used this app once in past, then it worked out well. I (had taken the printouts myself though) but it seems they have let AI edit the images wildly without any human in the loop

I needed a 2 x 2 photo for travel documents and on the second try of taking a picture, the photo aid corrected the size and I am sure that it will be approved by the online source. Great service I strongly recommend.

Easy app to use and upload to passport. Waiting for passport renewal to be accepted. Online application has questioned photo submitted may not meet the requirements due to eyes not fully open.

App works great but they don’t show you the fact that there are fees until you get to the end of taking your photo. Surprise! Not stated when you first open app. Not stated in app description in App Store. Just a surprise at the end of everything. Immediately deleted.
