As local photography shop has closed I decided to use this App as selfies were being rejected. Easy to use ; final adjustments made by a human. Great customer service as I had chosen Uk passport when I actually needed Irish passport photo. Was sent corrected Irish passport at no extra charge. Very prompt response.

Worth the money
I spent an hour and a half on my own trying to get a photo “accepted” for my passport renewal. Finally gave up and used this app. First pic was immediately approved. Worth the money to keep my sanity. Also their customer support responds right away which was great!

A SCAM
Avoid this service. My passport photo was “verified" by PhotoAiD yet was rejected at two separate Australia Post locations due to shadows and apparent digital alterations to my hair. I had to pay for and retake the photo elsewhere. When I requested a refund, I was asked to provide additional proof rather than simply honouring the advertised guarantee. Not worth the money or the hassle - feels very misleading. A complete waste of time and money - save yourself the hassle and get your passport photos taken directly at Australia Post.

Do not use this
Used this app to renew my passport online just to get a rejection email from the passport agency. If you are on a time crunch and don’t want to risk delays DO NOT USE. Had to retake my photos and mail out a new one not using this.

Did not Work
Passport place did not accept the photo - First I had to deal with this place not shipping my photos so I they had to arrange another shipment then when they did send it was sent in an envelope that got wet during transport.
