Worst company ever

I tried to contact them via email, quick chat on the website and even via WhatsApp, but no one answered. What actually happened is that I received a notification of the arrival of the perfume shipment, and I agreed to send it to me. The next day, I was surprised that the perfume arrived again. Upon checking, it turned out that the employee took the perfume out of the brown FedEx shipping box and considered it a separate shipment from the perfume, so I now have two shipments. I am still contacting them and no one is responding.
