I absolutely love this app. Everything in one place, easy to use and great to look at. Perfect.
When you are able to access this. Having since the latest update 11/24 I am unable to access my account and currently locked as a result.

Dividend payment
I was told my dividend cash would hit my account within 3-5 working days, we are now on day 8 with no cash paid
You are keeping our money and gaining interest on it that is not yours. Very dishonest practice
When I transferred some shares to a different nominee account, it took over a month and I was paid compensation for the unreasonable delay
This is a big, multi national organisation, need to get your act together as you are shambolic

Too much jargon, not every user is a stick broker. It all should be easier to read

Good app but needs Ipad version
Very simple to use and useful app for tracking my shares.
However, developers - please consider producing an Ipad version. I use my Ipad for all my banking and this is the only app that I use that is still iphone only.

Latest update
This latest update is a step backwards. Facial id no longer works and password is needed every time the app is opened. Please fix this. It’s gone from a quick and useful resource to an outdated irritating process.
UI needs fixed
App menu icons are all over the place and no longer fit on screen.

Great platform
This platform is sufficient for monitoring funds. I recently suspended monthly deposits and there is a condition that states if I lapse over 12 months, it’s cancels the plan altogether. The platform keeps me informed so I know how many payments is deferred.

App seems very basic with just the basic savings details. Transferred out my savings from one scheme and still waiting for the funds to appear in my current account 2 days and counting later. Sadly no details in the App on whom to chase etc.
No sell trigger
I can’t see a way to set a trigger to sell my shares when a specified price is reached.
If I’m wrong, please provide details as to how to do this. I found this functionality particularly useful with my last provider

Decent Enough
Fairly intuitive, pretty easy to use app. Would have given it 5 stars if there was a way to download reports to your device.

not easy to see transaction history within the system.
Additional functionality required
A very good start, but need the ability to sign up to new share purchase with the mobile app will be a great next step
