This is still the same appalling APP even after years of complaining.
This is about the worse business bank app imaginable , it was developed for large corporates and in their greed they tried to attract smaller businesses .
It misleads and mis informs , doesn’t show the true picture for sole users .
Indeed their whole tech system is clumsy and inadequate .
The latest laugh for me at least is having spent hundreds of thousands without a blemish on the account is they have one reduced my credit limit and two somehow managed to update the app so it claims my fingerprint isn’t mine .
I shall leave the account open with a nil balance thus tying up some of their obligation on credit risk and never use them again , I can not even be bothered to phone them and their useless call centres .

Can’t pay the balance. Can’t set up direct debits. What’s the point.

Terrible app balance not up to date and very little can be done on it. Will be changing to another business credit card asap

I have to log in every month to print off my statement and literally every month I’m told my password has expired and I need to set a new one. Infuriating!
