Used to be a great app!

I don’t know what they’ve done to this app but it’s now really slow. I have good signal backed up by WiFi and it’s still not guaranteed that l can access the app. Not great!

Unmitigated disaster

The latest update is a disaster. It’s now a banking app that doesn’t offer the most basic functionalities: 1) a view of account balances, by account, without clicking through layers of menus. 2) no history of end of day account balance.

It has Improved

Barclays it has Improved it’s App and it’s Customer service. In 2024 wasn’t very good. Better in 2026.
