Doesn’t work since last update.
After updating when I log in to the app it flashes up my account, which promptly disappears and an error 00002 appears saying something went wrong…
Turns out the error above is due to the integration with facial recognition. If type PIN number in works ok, but is a pain.
App also locks you out of messaging service if you phone locks. You have to log back in to the app and then it says the messaging service is unavailable for at least 30min…
Finally can transfer money using a debit card. Goes through the process. Asks for authorisation from banks app. Says it’s successful but then the transfer never happens. Ended up messaging to get account details to push money from bank.
Overall app isn’t great. The only thing it’s good for is checking transactions.

Update
Whatever happened in the last update has completely broken this app to the point where I have to delete it and reinstall it every time I want to use it. So glad my payment has finished so I can delete it for good and never have to use it again

The app is very useful now that we do not have physical banks the loss of which is a great shame.
