Need a pin sentry to log on to the app after reinstalling
Why a pin sentry ! Yes mobile pin sentry but not an actual sentry.
All I wanted to do was change my log on ! Not easy. Then the operator accused me of hearing loss which I don’t have.

Debit card unauthorised
After being hospitalised with a stroke my new debit card and new PIN number weren’t utilised immediately. Barclays tried to tell me the the supermarket cash tills were to blame but my account was frozen. Eventually after a couple of attempts to sort it out one of their advisor s arranged to cancel the card and send me a new card and PIN number. I had access to card and number but was unable to access a Barclays Bank to draw cash as my nearest Barclays Bank cash machine was 20 miles away. I was also told that receipt of my new card could take 7 working days. I was unhappy with this as it would mean that I had been unable to pay for supermarket transfers or draw cash for nearly a month. The card arrived sooner after I complained. I have been a Barclays customer for approximately 20 years and felt badly let down by them on this occasion.
