Won’t let you deposit a cheque

Works well for most things but just won’t ever accept a cheque. Doesn’t matter if it’s on an iPhone or iPad, takes photo well and then either closes the app or tells me it can’t be deposited right now and to go to my branch for jell (!!)

Multiple major issues

Recent changes destroyed the app. UX designers probably was fired or some beginners done the work of a new payments/transfers flow.. it's horrible!
It's so complicated, requires n times more clicks/taps to transfer money. Interface became not intuitive, hard to figure out what do I need to click next.
How can you take such decision and release such a massive mess into production?! ..it completely destroyed a very well functioning app.

I can't make a full payment on the left amount of loan, there is no button to do the action, even though content states of such action being available.
After paying final instalment I got some new interest calculated, which should have never happen.
I payed them any way, as it was just pennies.
Instead of finally closing the loan as all money and more was received, they added another 2 pennies after few days to the loan. At this point I was unable to pay those, feature was not available or not working.
After another few days, they refunded previous pennies, and now I own to them an interest that should not be there in the first place, plus more interest that should not be there.. and I can't close it, can't pay in full, feature does not work. And trying to make additional payment, app crashes. So what am I suppose to do here? What gov institution protects my rights from corporate greed? Is the only decent option to protect my rights against corporate is to sue them?

Credit Score is a complete rubbish in this app. Always shows less then any other major Credit Scoring company. Plus..
- Shows silly excuses why score is low.
- Gives silly advices to get a mortgage to increase a score, but to get a mortgage you need a good score in the first place. It mocks customers. At least don't show such silly advice or don't penalise for it! A complete judgment and mockery on all those people who don't already have some property/mortgage.
