Very Straightforward
Love the app, everything is so logical and straightforward.
Over complicated
The app use to be great and still
Is too some extent, however like all large companies they start adding new features which they believe benefit the customers when in actual fact it just infuriates the customer. If your an elderly or vulnerable person this app is certainly not user friendly,
I had to help an elderly relative pay in a cheque using the app, why an earth NatWest put paying in a cheque under the three dots in the corner I will never know.
Don’t fix things aren’t Broken and stop over complicating the app.

Not very user friendly
Poor approach to customer service. Cora is really terrible - it’s so frustrating going round and round in circles.

Really good app
Easy to use and does everything you need for online banking.
Ease of use
After putting off mobile banking for years thinking it would be too complicated, I can’t believe how easy it is to use. I can keep track of my money and know exactly how much I have in my accounts. It makes budgeting so much easier.

Easy to access,clear processes to manage my money as I wish and safely.
Abysmal
Trying to set up for my elderly parent so I can help them manage their finances better and access their account online, so go through the set up of getting a customer number, setting a pin, setting a password, when I go to re enter the requested digits of said pin and password (having taken screenshots of them so I absolutely know I am entering the right details) the app just says incorrect combination and locks the account. Utterly useless!
