As an older person…
I have been a Natwest (National Provincial) customer since 1960 and obviously I am from a generation that, in the main, tends to shy away from today’s digital technology. However, even I can negotiate around the Natwest mobile app (using a tablet not a ‘phone), for which I am ever grateful. It is simple yet comprehensive, there is nothing that I, personally, need to do in banking that I cannot do on the app. Thankyou Natwest.
