Move from Nationwide was best decision!!
I had been battling Nationwide for so long as they still owe me thousands and have THE worst customer service imaginable! No morals whatsoever. Start to opening account or moving over is never straight forward with Natwest.. I have business and personal accounts, but they take responsibility when something goes wrong and that is all we want right? Not having a huge further battle when a bank/BS like Nationwide does something shockingly wrong. So thank you Natwest 🙏

Great app
A great banking app, very easy to use with all the functionality you need from a mobile banking app.
Even the changes have been great!
I’ve used various other banking apps, or seen family members use them, and they get frustrated or confused and it’s just not straight forward.
The NatWest app from the first time I used it has been everything I need. It’s easy to use, clear to understand and easy to manoeuvre around. The only bad thing has been I always seem to want to use it on the downtime! Normally between 2 and 3am! But that’s my weird sleep schedule!

Best bank
Really? NatWest!
40 years a customer of NatWest and it’s going to take them 72 hours to see if I can open a savings account with them. They have to do “checks”.
Every other bank I have never banked with, opening a savings account took approximately 5 minutes.
Think it’s time to talk with my feet!
