It does all the things I need a banking app to do. Like tell me how broke I am.
Needs more work
Would be great if it actually displayed the credit card account like it’s supposed to do.

No more notifications
I used to get notifications every time money went in or out of my account, but for the past few weeks I haven't been getting anything. I have notifications turned on for immediate delivery in my phone, also notifications are turned on in the NatWest app, but I've not had one for ages now. Nothing on my screen, no sounds, not a peep. I'm pretty sure it's not something I've done... Any ideas? I'm using iPhone SE 3rd gen with latest update.

Photo frame not working
Can’t make new payments tonight because the photo frame validation won’t work after I updated the app. Just shows a white oval

The app is competed but mediocre, only just adopting a pots concept and not providing access to legacy transactions, comprehensive search or budget concepts. Banks like Monzo have a much better grasp of what people need from a bank account, which is basically an app these days

I have been trying for years to manage my account and make separate accounts. It’s like NatWest has been tapping in to my thoughts they’ve made everything run smooth. I don’t need separate banks I just need the one account with separate accounts within. Thankyou NatWest.

Internet banking is so easy with Nat West. It’s easy to follow and I am 85 years of age.
Nat west has stopped Scammers from taking my money and if they have taken money from me. Nwest look into it . I have been with Nat West for over 40 years
