Don’t get premier black
It’s unbelievably rubbish. Had it 6 months, checked it regularly and not once did I get anything remotely interesting in terms of offers. The only thing I really used were the airport lounges, but be warned they are the basic lounges and every one I went to was rammed more so than the airport. There’s nothing exclusive about Rewards Black at all. Absolute rubbish

App freezes
Totally unreliable. When you need it , log in and find options freeze when tapped. Have to ring anyway. How can this be allowed to happen.

Doesn’t Work
It literally does not register any taps on the screen anywhere other than the bottom icons. Possibly the worst app I’ve ever used as a result. Where is the quality control?
