Never able to log in despite changing password constantly
Just a really poor app. Been with NW for like 30 years time for a swap to Starling or Monzo
An amazing app
This app used to be really poorly designed and clunky. Probably just a sign of an older app. I provided suggestions and feedback (as I’m sure others did!) which it looked like they used to their advantage. Absolutely amazing app now. Sleek, fast, pretty. Remembers card and address details when buying perks. They have outdone themselves!

Absolutely awful app
Been round in circles for 40 minutes trying to get in to it. Now I’m stuck in a loop that I think I’ll be in for about 10,000 years.

Don’t get premier black
It’s unbelievably rubbish. Had it 6 months, checked it regularly and not once did I get anything remotely interesting in terms of offers. The only thing I really used were the airport lounges, but be warned they are the basic lounges and every one I went to was rammed more so than the airport. There’s nothing exclusive about Rewards Black at all. Absolute rubbish
