App Needs Work
The app functions well but compared to other banking apps such as Starling, Barclays these are much for user friendly with more options to make things easier for you.
Improve standing orders by giving customers more choices on Frequency side: More options such as every 4 weeks not just monthly and yearly.
I have to change my standing orders every month as my work pays every 4 weeks on a Friday.
It’s inconvenient please improve this and you’ll have better interactions.

Poor service antiquated app
As it says on the tin above. The app is very basic function compared to other banks and with branches closing service has also declined

Easy to set up a new payee and send funds very smooth
