Faith has been restored in metro
I’ve had so many issues with metro over the years I was on the verge of deleting my account but after speaking to complaints department today I have to say I’m pleasantly surprised and my faith has been restored in metro, there can be system issues showing wrong amounts and some staff can be very rude and misleading but all together it’s a good bank and the customer service after raising my first official complaint was top tier. If they resolve the system issues I will update to 5 stars
