App is clunky
App freezes and is clunky - does not allow quick payments, if you select pay someone it just buffers continuously, it takes 3-4 mins per payment and crashes. Have reported - NO response, I have deleted re installed switched phones done everything that would be recommended and it is still the same. Disappointing as the general Metro service is good. There is no fix and they do not care to reply.

Somewhat useful but inconsistent and lacking features
I can use the app for what I need but there are some issues. When searching for payees, the app autocorrects names to everyday words or common names, which often leads to a back and forth text exchange as I try to force it to accept the name I’m entering. Also, it would be useful if there was a ‘pay someone else’ link instead of having to start over again from the Home Screen. It’s annoying when one has a lot of staff to pay.

Using app is very simple and quick way of paying bills.saving time to go to branch.
Too slow and no support
The app is far too slow when making transfers. Each one takes about 30 seconds just to get the details of the payee up. Multiple Support requests have gone unanswered.

That's must be an inside "job".
After shopping chaked my balance the amount what I spent was on the pending list. Left £240 on my balance.
Went home , next day chacked my balance seen that I got -£10 =£230
I felt sometimes before also that I had less money on my account than should have on it.
Never a big amount was missing just about £10
But I'm not a rich so it's "hurt me"
I went to the Picadilly to get a statment from last Month , told them because I think someone stealing money from me, they told me that "we cant give you the statment"& gave me the phone number of the customer service . what a useless staffies they has?
Certanly I moved to another Bank.

Kept trying to set up new payment, code didn’t arrive requested numerous times… not the first time this has happened . Frustrating to say the least . Metro bank definitely not as good these days
