Don’t get premier black
It’s unbelievably rubbish. Had it 6 months, checked it regularly and not once did I get anything remotely interesting in terms of offers. The only thing I really used were the airport lounges, but be warned they are the basic lounges and every one I went to was rammed more so than the airport. There’s nothing exclusive about Rewards Black at all. Absolute rubbish

App freezes
Totally unreliable. When you need it , log in and find options freeze when tapped. Have to ring anyway. How can this be allowed to happen.

The NatWest Premier Black app is an excellent way to access, explore, and register your benefits, and provides everything you need to use each benefit at home or abroad.
It provides you with an intuitive travel insurance section that links directly with the insurer, where you can see your policy details, obtain emergency help, access the Hospital finder and use the Claims portal.
You will have to wait for your DragonPass Premier+ membership details to arrive in the post, but they came within a week, and it was straightforward to log in to the DragonPass Premier+ app.
I am sorry that a few people have struggled to sign up, log in, and use the app. It does appear, however, that many people have far too little patience.
The NatWest Premier website provides customer service contact details, including a dedicated telephone number and email address.
If you are unable to log in to your account on the Premier Black app, you are the one responsible for the information you provided when you registered. NatWest haven’t randomly sent gremlins into your account settings to frustrate you for their amusement.
Take some responsibility and don’t keep logging in unsuccessfully like a numpty, or you will, rightly, get locked out. Telephone the Premier 24 team, 24/7—simples!

Absolutely useless
Agree with the other one star reviews. A doom loop of resetting passwords and never being able to login. Complete waste of time
Cannot reset password
I have spend over an hour this morning trying to reset my password - going around in circles to no avail. A similar experience other customers were having in September. It appears this is still not fixed. Deeply frustrating!!

It is impossible to register or access the app. Just going round in circles of resetting my password and being told it is wrong or I am not registered! Try registering just to be told I am already registered! Not what I expect for an account with a monthly fee. I am sure I will get the typical response everyone else has received to their review WHICH IS NO USE WHATSOEVER!! Don’t give an empty apology, get it working instead! Why can’t you be more like American Express? They add value to their customers.

Can't log in
Can't log in, never can, rest PW but that fails. Try it register is says already registered reset PW. Circular problem... In short app does not work as not been able to log in for 12 months + and can't get help from CS?
Can’t register
I have a NatWest Black Account but can’t for the life of me register for this app. Every time I complete the form and click ‘register’ nothing happens, and there is no explanation why.
Very Good Banking App
Very well built and designed app. A few more categories to further refine spending would be good but does everything needed, in my opinion

Updated app which ‘forgot’ my password. Tried 8 times to reset but failed to do so.
