Unreliable

Went into this app to update 2 phones, to find the other phones covered have disappeared. Spent ages trying to find others, nothing found. Tried to re-add but couldn’t as they are apparently already registered somewhere ! Decided to login to website, and there’s all the phones listed. In summary, not to be trusted. I’ve deleted app and will stick to the website

Awful UX

Can’t scroll or engage in any buttons, menus or features. Don’t have any issues on any other site or app. So much good content that you can’t get to. Absolute doggers.

Awful awful app - I can’t believe it has stayed so bad for all the years I have used it. Search function for tickets awful, doesn’t save info to speed up transactions. So poor.

App will not accept reset password

Utterly sick of this. App does not accept saved password. When you follow links to reset, and do so via a confirmatory email it still won’t accept reset password.

Ticket booking useless

Terrible app. Awful UI. Event search function just doesn’t work. Bring back the web pages please! I always end up phoning the call centre to book tickets because the app is so bad (even so, I persist in hope that it will be fixed one day!)
