Terrible App
As a user of the Investec App previously, this represents a major downgrade and personally I find unusable. The web version is ok, but it looks they have taken the design and tried to cram it into the App and it just doesn’t work. They should start again using the Investec framework as a base and build from there.

Keeps logging me out
Really disappointed with the app. Keeps logging me out and logging back in is very hit and miss. Needs to get sorted asap
Why no landscape view
This app is not as good as the investec app we had before. There is less information available. However, the most frustrating things is having to contort every time I open it as it is fixed in portrait mode and can’t be viewed in landscape. Many people have keyboards on their iPads which means that you are automatically going to be wanting to view in landscape so why does this not exist.

So frustrating
Started using this app as my investments were transferred from Investec following the merger. Well the app does allow me to look at portfolios - but not all of mine. Several months down the line there are still 2 portfolios that I can’t see (curiously not the 3 that I’ve yet to receive the “we’ve completed the transfer” letter about.) I can still view my wife’s portfolios and she has yet to receive the invitation/link to allow her to get online access. Of the portfolios that I can view I’m unable to immediately identify various ones for grandchildren without clicking into them as my name takes up the whole space. Would it be too much to expect previous performance data to be imported from pre-merger? The information is all available……. The Investec app was so much cleaner, easy to navigate and intuitive that this one feels like a really retrograde step
