App will not accept reset password
Utterly sick of this. App does not accept saved password. When you follow links to reset, and do so via a confirmatory email it still won’t accept reset password.
Ticket booking useless
Terrible app. Awful UI. Event search function just doesn’t work. Bring back the web pages please! I always end up phoning the call centre to book tickets because the app is so bad (even so, I persist in hope that it will be fixed one day!)
Poor Interface and search
Doesn’t scale to my iPhone and won’t scroll for buttons off screen. Search capability on events particularly bad. No useful filtering so just a long list.
Does not work after update
Used to be a good app to help see where I can get these extra rewards but now app has been ‘undergoing maintenance’ for the last 2/3months
Not a good experience
Really only use this app for booking tickets because it’s a genuine saving when done this way. But what a faff it’s almost worth paying the extra to avoid the issues. You largely end up phoning in to try and sort it and even then the people you speak to struggle to help if you call when the admin team have finished.
When you are able to book tickets they seem to book them with their own email address and then send them on to you. I’m still waiting for the e tickets for an event next week. They’ve confirmed they have them but so far haven’t been able to send them to me. It’s for a festival and so you can imagine how unnecessarily complicated this makes things. All up the customer experience for the service and the performance of this app fall short. Think carefully before relying on it and the company that run the service for RBS if you are generally short of time. Does make you wonder if the fee for the account is worth it.

Utter Rubbish
I’m afraid to say this app is completely hopeless. Can’t even access it. First it tells me I have a registered account, which I wasn’t aware I had, so I then attempt to reset the password - it tells me this has happened - and then when I try to log on it tells me my details are incorrect.

App not working since updating. Cannot even log on
When you fill in your chosen airport,dates and times the find parking button just doesn’t work. A fix for this would be good!
New update doesn’t help..

Having tried several times to login I have given up now.Keeps saying working on app and re directing. Avoid and save yourself the time and effort. very poor and disappointing, if I could have given 0 stars I would have

Poor. Very poor.
A very poor effort from a company with presumably a large IT team and expertise. For example, it is not obvious, if at all possible, to search for a concert by location. Only sort an entire list (which is useless) and is not helpful unless one is looking to search for a specific concert name. Would it not be helpful to apply more search criteria (like almost ever other website/app) to be able to browse and look for concerts in a specific area that I might not know about?

Won’t open
Can’t sign in, directs me to online site where I can sign in.

This app is very clunky and simply takes you to the webpages for the benefits and you have to log in each one. Might as well just go to the website.
