Excellent system. I use Lloyds for personal banking which I have always enjoyed and find HSBC every bit as good and feels very ‘fresh and clean’ in its functionality; especially in the app. Well done.

This app does not support push notifications, so you won’t know when a customer has made a payment. Also difficult to make credit card payment. HSBC support very poor! Why change from Kinetic when it worked very well?

Needs some improvements, doesn’t feel as good as kinetic and main bug bear is not receiving notifications when a payment is received. Even when all notifications are on.
