For a business account it's very limited, other banks like monzo and mettle have pots that automatically put a % in for things like corporation tax. This would be very useful.
Scam check not MECE
Include hmrc as a reason for paying a bill. Doesn’t for in any other section for your scam check. Thanks.
Cheque’s and visuals
The cheque limit is to low! It needs to be £5000 minimum! Also find the app difficult to use as the colours and visuals of the words and figures are very similar in colour to the background! It’s just the way my brain works I guess!

Should show distinct records I think - currently having to scroll through same record dozens of times for no reason when browsing existing payees

The app needs updating it’s so old fashion it also to basic for a business account my NatWest personal bank is a lot better with more features as standard come guy and ladies get it update nan 😂

You must add search button to find a name who transferred the money or u sent to whom quick

Sick of the pop up
The banking app is fine, but it pops up every time I go on it to review it and it’s annoying so 1 star!
Push notifications not working properly
You can’t see what goes in or out from the notification. You have to physically keep going into the app to check. Someone who works in the construction trade, it’s vital to have live information so you don’t miss out. Can HSBC tech team find a solution on this, it’s a very important feature.
