This is another important reminder of the wind down of the Global Wallet program, which follows prior notices dating back to November 2020. As a consideration to you, we have extended the period during which you can use your card from 30 June 2021 to 31 October 2021. Please note, however, that you spend or request any remaining funds by no later than 31 October 2021. You may easily spend your remaining funds via Global Wallet card purchase, or withdraw funds at an ATM anytime; or simply contact us at the customer service number on the back of your card to request a redemption of your funds.

What is the current status of Global Wallet®?
The Global Wallet® program is winding down. Users can spend or perform ATM withdrawals until October 31, 2021, and redeem funds beyond that date. Earning Velocity Points via the app has ceased, and fees now apply to ATM transactions and fund redemptions.
When is the last day to use my Global Wallet® card?
The physical and virtual cards can be used up to and including October 31, 2021. No replacement physical cards can be requested after June 30, 2021.
Can I still transact in non-AUD currency with Global Wallet®?
The last day to transact in non-AUD currency was September 26, 2021. From September 27, 2021, to October 31, 2021, you can only transact or make ATM withdrawals in AUD.
How are foreign currency balances handled in Global Wallet®?
On or around September 28, 2021, any available balance in Foreign Currency Wallets was converted to AUD. These non-AUD wallets were then closed, and the AUD balances were transferred to your AUD Wallet within seven days.
How can I redeem my funds from Global Wallet®?
After November 1, 2021, you will no longer be able to use your physical or virtual cards. Redemptions can only be requested via the Account Centre from this date onwards.
What is the age rating for Global Wallet®?
Global Wallet® has an age rating of 4+, making it suitable for a wide range of users.
What devices support Global Wallet®?
Global Wallet® is supported on iPhone, iPod, and Apple Watch devices.
