I wish I found this app sooner. So user friendly and straight forward. Makes a big difference when deciding on a project, even came in handy during an auction!

App used to be great! Bit disappointed to see I now have to signup and also pay if I want to use it more than 5 times. I guess money needs to be made and all 🤷🏼♀️

Hi angeh87, an update since you wrote this — the app has been rebuilt from the ground up and the 5-calculation limit is gone. No cap. There's also far more in it now. It runs seven integrated calculators: upfront costs, borrowing power, rate sensitivity, extra repayments, first home owner grant, rental yield, and growth and equity. They share the one set of inputs, so every number lines up with the others. Every state, every kind of buyer. Worth another look.
