No passcode
I opened this app, went to the website to the upper right hand corner to generate a passcode. There is no option to generate a passcode. Someone remarked on this a year ago and it was obviously ignored. If your website wasn’t so awful I would overlook it. I am glad our health insurance company is footing our bill to you. If I had to pay you I would not pay you.

Helpful app
This app has been super helpful in eliminating what used to be manual tasks. It was a little annoying to have to use the web to login initially, but logging in since has been great using Face ID.
Great app
After initial setup with code, it’s been a breeze to use! Have enabled Face ID and has worked great for me. And it records location in the background which has been a blessing when it comes to filling tax forms!!
App is useless as you need a code from web each time
On the web, it says that the generated code is only needed the first time you login or after every pwd change. I logged in twice back to back, and it still asked me for a code the second time. What’s the use of having an app if I have to go to the web each time I want access the app?
Also it says it will work with Touch ID - have they not updated their authentication methods or copy since Face ID has come to exist? Most ppl that have a button (for Touch ID) on their iPhones are probably not using Deloitte to do their taxes!

Application has become useless
With the latest update, you need a code that is supposedly generated on the web version of GlobalAdvantage, under the profile section.
This issue is that there is no code generator in the profile section. No answer to my email sent to the support team.
