Really frustrating to use
The app asks me to login every day and the face id never works. The food ordering app is very slow and the order gets pushed behind and we have to navigate a lot to find it again. As it is so slow i have many times clicked on something else and it again is very slow to load the wrong page and then come back. It is frustratingly slow.

Not working on mobile data but wifi only
Since last 6 months, app not opening when connected to mobile data, specially 4G. Only works on office wifi
Painful desk check-in process
I think the location detection is not working smoothly. Many times it doesn’t allow me to check in to my reserved desk because it fails to detect my location. It says I need to be at site where my desk is even if I am seating on the desk from last 30mins.
