Oh boy.
I don’t typically write bad reviews. But I don’t know how my ex did it for 6 months with this App. It not only feels like one is speaking a different language to the people in customer service but the lagging and lack of connection and usability between the App and Data is insanely confusing and therefore creates distrust for the customer.

refund issued without problem
the fine print says it wont guarantee receipt of sms from google or banks. after confirming on the phone that these features were not working i asked for a complete refund. it was processed and my money returned shortly.
so. if you want to try it dont have fear of losing your money if it does not work out.
in the end i got a mint mobile esim and it works perfectly in the USA.

Tried to get help with support no way.
I used chat in the App but they end chat immediately after start so many times. witch is not acceptable. There is no other way to get help.

I tried to install a sim on my phone but was having constant issues. Half the time support is unavailable or doesn't work. I've ended up giving up.
Useful for data only
Like others have said, the app is useless for getting any real data use tracking, topping up data, etc. The customer support via email is very responsive and the data plan eSIM works fine, but you’re basically starting over with any additional data purchase because nothing in the app actually works that well. Coverage is good, but there are probably better options out there.

Never able to get it working when I was in Japan. Contacted support multiple times and just can’t work. Waste of money AVOID
Esim
Dodgy company, got an eSIM for Colombia. Managed to get it going and turned data roaming on, for it to just never connect online at all despite saying I had 4 bars + 3g, maybe the odd WhatsApp message might come through. You’ll find better connection 40,000ft in the air on a flight or deep into the Amazon Jungle for christ’s sake. Tinpot and dodgy company don’t use

Unprofessional and useless service
This service and app are diabolical. They’ve taken my money, didn’t send me an activation code or GES. Their contract center does not respond to questions and queries despite saying they typically respond in a few minutes. While one’s waiting for a real person, they just drop the thread and one must start from scratch. Companies like this should be banned from doing business.

Basically it doesn’t work. It won’t connect to any network and when it does, it has no signal at all. I had my other sim on the same network and it was showing full signal. Waste of money and time. Will be seeking a refund!
Scam
Difficult to install and runs out of data quickly. I bought 3 GB of data and it ran out in a day with light usage, and I tracked cellular data usage on my iPhone which is shows to be much lower than what it shows in the app. In other words, for the same 24 hour period that the eSIM was installed, my iPhone showed 1 GB cellular data used while their app showed 3GB. Support is useless to say the least.

DO NOT USE THIS APP
The worst customer service. The app does not work properly. They will tell you that you haven’t paid for unlimited internet when you have. Even when you have bank receipts. They are unhelpful and take hours to reply back, and then when they do they won’t actually help you and just tell you that you didn’t buy what you clearly did.

Decent prices, bad app
I used this for 3 months in the US (and a week in Mexico where my data worked even though I had only purchased a US eSIM)
I use a lot of different eSIM companies as I travel every 3 months.
I had no problems with the purchase, setup and service while using the eSIM. I would recommend this company to friends.
The app is pretty useless though. So that is the 4 stars instead of 5.

Terrible app
I used this service prior to the app and it worked fine. With the app I couldn’t make or receive calls and customer support could not fix the problem. Will be using a different esim company in the future.
