Oh boy.
I don’t typically write bad reviews. But I don’t know how my ex did it for 6 months with this App. It not only feels like one is speaking a different language to the people in customer service but the lagging and lack of connection and usability between the App and Data is insanely confusing and therefore creates distrust for the customer.

Habe schon viele ESIM gekauft, dies ist die schlechteste: Telefonnummer wurde nicht gesendet, Chat nur über KI Bot, Mitarbeiter sind nicht verfügbar.werde nun über Paypal Erstattung verlangen !

the fine print says it wont guarantee receipt of sms from google or banks. after confirming on the phone that these features were not working i asked for a complete refund. it was processed and my money returned shortly.
so. if you want to try it dont have fear of losing your money if it does not work out.
in the end i got a mint mobile esim and it works perfectly in the USA.

I bought two eSIMs and both of them NEVER open to operate. I lost my money with them.

Completely failed me during my trip to Dubai
I bought the 30-day plan but had to buy a local SIM after just 7 days of frustration. The service is falsely advertised:
No 5G: I was stuck on slow LTE while everyone else had 5G.
Unusable Speeds: The specific APN they use throttles speed to barely 1Mbps. Maps and apps wouldn't load when I needed them most.
App Blocked: Worst of all, you cannot access their app inside the UAE to ask for help. I was stranded without support.
Save your money and buy a local SIM at the airport. This is a scam for travelers

Tried to get help with support no way.
I used chat in the App but they end chat immediately after start so many times. witch is not acceptable. There is no other way to get help.
