iPhones unavailable to connect
Provided by my employer. Worked only once after a new install. Need to delete and reinstall every time I need it. No other solutions work. Ridiculously useless

Authentication Failed
On a fresh install of the app, I input my organization’s portal address and reach my organization sign in and MFA steps. Following successful MFA with Microsoft Authenticator the global protect app says authentication failed with error code -1 and to contact administrator for support. My orgs IT was not able to resolve the issue. Organizations should use proven solutions from other vendors.

Not able to login, getting error browser should be edge.
Great when it works
I use this app to access my schools VPN and it works wonderfully when it actually connects. Many times I have to try and connect over a dozen times for it to work and sometimes it just doesn’t connect period. Other times it connects right off the bat with no issues.

Do they even update it???
The app is already on v 6.2.8, released in July 2025, so when will they update it in the App Store? I have a ton of issues on my iPad because they don’t have the latest version on here.

No Yubikey, hardware key support
The in app browser does not support Yubikey or hardware key when I do Okta login. This is unacceptable behavior today.
Utterly Annoying
The VPN works perfectly, but seriously, why do I need to enter my email and password again and again several times per day to log in? It’s super annoying and totally ruins the experience. Is it really hard to fix?

Plain boring corpo software
No wiget no shortcut not able to save multiple URLs. It isn’t able to anything besides opening, connecting and that is it. Every VPN app is better than this. I don’t know why such apps for corporate users have to be trash.
Do not recommend at all
The worst VPN service I ever used, especially last update. Have to type my password every single time, no autofill accepted, connection breaks all the time

Not working on iOS iPhone app
Requires Safari/Browser and does not connect when returning to app. Please update/fix.
