Updates problem
When I try to login, it just says checking for updates and it doesn’t do anything it just remains on that
Can’t create account
It gives a 504 error when I try to create an account on my iPhone.
Citizen Scientist
It’s simplified being a Citizen Scientist for my daughter who wants to be an astronaut when she grows up and exciting that she can contribute to real world science at such a young age.
Can’t create account
I can’t create an account fails after step 5.
App doesn’t work correctly
I keep trying to make my daughter an account but when we get done with making the account it doesn’t let us verify that we’re not robots and takes us back to the original screen. Why is this so hard!?

Very good, but won’t work anymore
I liked the app but I stopped using it for a while. When I tried to reopen the app, it crashed and won’t work at all. It might be a problem with my device (iPhone 7), but it had worked fine before.
Unable to submit observations
The observations taken aren’t getting submitted. There is an error exclamation mark next to each observation in spite of giving the phone 2-4 hours time to upload data.
Download then interminable in-app required update? (Never actually works)

Cmon NASA
I am a nasa employee doing outreach. We had a class of middle/ high schoolers, and nobody could get this app to work. Multiple devices. If you aren’t going to support this, please pull it. Disappointed but not surprised.

Iphone doesn’t work at all
This app doesn’t even open on Iphone, how is that OK?

It logged me out and then told me the password they literally gave me was wrong then said my accounts locked like what 😹 I’m just trying to graduate and get my hours but this app is annoyingly slow
One of my favorite apps
A really well thought out way to use the power of mobile devices to take meaningful measurements of my local environment. And get feedback from NASA! (For the Clouds module). Fun and easy.
Works well mostly
I’ve been using the app for cloud observations for about 2 months. It consistently works well and smoothly for the most part with easy to follow guidelines on making the observations. I am reducing the rating by 2 stars: 1 off for the cloud observation chart. I use an iPhone. When I try to open the chart, the cloud photos flash in their assigned boxes for an instant and then disappear. And 1 off for the fact that I tried to contact support twice about 2 issues and only got automated replies which were not helpful.

Cant change password
There is no way on either the app or the website yo view your account and change password even though a goigle search says there is a way. I guess that’s why they send you a pw. If just this part is not functional then I am not hopeful about the rest.
