Can’t access my account!!!

After having this app for 6 years, created since the beginning from the USA, all of the sudden is asking for CPF number, tax legal number in Brazil, it wasn’t required when I created my account for international members, and now all of the sudden I got logged out of all my devices and can’t log in unless I put a CPF number that I don’t have because I’m not a tax payer in Brazil. Tried to open a ticket with them, but no answer besides the AI saying they don’t have information for the situation.

Not user friendly

Impossible to sign up. As is typical in Brazil they want the CPF for everything, which as an American, I don’t have. I tried using my wife’s info, and when I finally got past that part it told none of the monthly plans were available. I gave up.
