Great Combat With Huge Potential for More
I’ve played around 25 levels and I’m really enjoying Glory Ages: Vikings. The combat is satisfying and has a lot of potential, but I think the game could benefit greatly from more replayability and ways to reward player mastery.
I’d love to see customizable controls/button mapping, as being able to move and resize buttons would make combat much more comfortable and accessible.
An Endless Mode would also be great, with increasingly difficult waves, changing environments/villages, different objectives, elite enemies, and bosses every few rounds. A Hardcore/Ironman Mode with limited lives or permadeath could make this even more exciting.
I’d especially love more advanced difficulty options. Instead of simply giving enemies more health, there could be a Lethal/Realistic Mode where both the player and enemies can die very quickly, making timing, positioning, dodging, and parrying extremely important. Optional modifiers like no healing, no HUD, larger enemy groups, faster attacks, and more aggressive AI could let players create their own challenge.
Progression could also go deeper with more weapons and armor that support different playstyles, New Game+, and a Prestige/Mastery system. Higher mastery ranks could require actual accomplishments—S-ranking missions, perfect parries, no-damage victories, defeating bosses on Lethal, or reaching high Endless waves—rather than simply grinding XP.
I’d also love smarter and more varied enemies. Shield users, spearmen, berserkers, archers, armored warriors, etc. should require different strategies, while higher difficulties could make enemies more intelligent, aggressive, coordinated, and unpredictable rather than just increasing their stats.
A mission rating system, optional challenges, boss/duel mode, randomized runs, achievements, statistics, and leaderboards could add even more replayability.
Overall, the game already has a great combat foundation. I think future updates should focus on giving players more reasons to master it.

The game is fun and challenging but as you keep playing you can keep trying. The only thing is that there are only 60 levels when I beat the game in two days. Overall it’s pretty good and you should keep developing it

The margin for error to perry or dodge a attack is very small. Half the time I’m getting comboed into oblivion and have no way to stop it because my perry isn’t perfect.

Not good at all
Gave it a 5 star to try and sneak it through. Bad game you run out of breath so fast and, you have to use potions to keep going! Later it gets impossible to play without potions cause your breath runs out from fighting one guy while there are eight more guys after that! Money grab short and simple! No more real reviews you cowards!

This is an honest reviewer giving an honest review,
This game is amazing!! for what it offers towards the fighting/combat there are some pieces needing work overtime it will get there but I was sucked into it not wanting to let go until I’ve finished that next wave for the next best.
BUT.. somethings need to be added for sure I’ve finished the game and noticed some issues along the way….
Maybe add some feature to choose the placement of your buttons for button mapping.
Add a mode called Raiding, You hit an encampment taking over a village or something of that nature and over continuous waves with the scenery changing after making it to the longhouse you face a formidable opponent.
And maybe a thing called thors offering for daily’s and weekly quests for better and better rewards as you go.
Also some customization for the characters as well I know it is a work in progress now but allow to change hair and paint and color Etc.
And some crazy features that cost loads amount of gold to keep people engaged in the game.
Thank you creators and team for the great work you have done keep it going and hopefully I see some type of “special reward” 😉 in my inbox tommorow.. your favorite Qurishio
