Bot-only chat
Delivery app that doesn’t have an option to get to an agent in support chat and instead forces you to only interact with “AI” doesn’t deserve anything but 1 star. I just cancelled my subscription and will be moving on to another app.

Initial delivery estimate was 30 minutes, ended up being 2hrs+. rider changed and app stated “finding new rider” for over 35min, longer than the initial ETA. compensation seems to be a €5.50 promo code, which is frankly insulting

glovo are a bunch of stupid scammers they do not refund most of the time EVEN if you have proof, they didnt bother even callling the store or verifying with them and they give stupid excuses and generated responses that they repeat over and over again, they say they are 'working on your case' but end up doing nothing whatsoever they are a bunch of idiots do not get this app it is honestly utter rubbish
