Terrible customer service
Really awful customer service - order was over 2hrs 20 late, and they did nothing. I had to leave the house as I couldn’t wait anymore and they wouldn’t cancel or refund the order. Avoid at all costs or use alternatives.
The customer agent Esma was super unhelpful and gave me wrong information.

You guys constantly put my orders 2 hours out then when it comes time you end up pushing it another 1 to 2 hours out waiting 4 hours for a delivery service is ridiculous do not recommend
Terrible Rider and Customer Service
A rider literally sweared at me for no reason, said some very explicit and racist language to me. I reported to their customer service but waited and waited, still no answer and no actions taken to ensure this won’t happen again.
Driver was rude
I always give a gratuity to our driver for bringing the goods to us. Today he refused to and left me with a serious back issue to carry the order. If I could go to the supermarket myself I would. Sadly I won’t be giving a gratuity in advance again. So it’s not fair that one driver spoils it for others.

Genuinely the worst food delivery app
I have had drivers open my order and steal it, sit outside a park for 30 minutes instead of picking up my food, complete orders for other apps, and more. There is no live support to help when there is an issue. You aren’t allowed to cancel your order. Genuinely a horrible app

Don’t call me please
Stop calling my number asking for review. Calls are for important things. It’s extremely rude to harass your client with a call and a soulless machine voice. I blocked you. You are welcome.

This was our second time using glovo in Italy. We loved it! So responsive and on time both times. Thanks Glovo. Made our time here so easy 👌🏽🤗

Ранее по приезду в Сербию установила приложение Wolt постоянно отваливалась карточка невозможно было осуществить безналичную оплату, наличную оплату тоже почему-то постоянно выскакивала ошибка. Меня хватило на два дня. И я установила приложение Glovo, вообще никаких нареканий молодцы!

Can’t revoke tips
Glovo doesn’t allow revoking tips so I just stopped tipping at all. The Glovo customer service is terrible. And the delivery people are no better.
Terrible Customer Service
I have never written a review for an app before, and really don’t plan to again. But despite having paid for the premium service for months, they still refuse to cancel an order when the delivery driver is not tracked by their app (but they’ll still let you order!). I have never had this issue with any other food delivery platform, so save yourself the turmoil of using this useless app. I wish I could give Glovo a zero.
