HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SUPPORT
A order I made was horribly wrong so I went to customer support for help. For the past 2 almost 3 days I’ve been getting automated messages every couple of hours until ultimately I get an automated message saying they’re unable to issue a refund. Haven’t talked to a single soul in those almost 3 days just to say they can’t issue a refund. It’s my first time rating an app and this one just made me really mad. This happened to me twice and I let it go the first time since it wasn’t much. I also showed literal multiple pictures of proof yet all I got was automated messages and then saying they’re unable can’t issue a refund. Very lazy people and honestly this is a scam. Disgusting app and disgusting people.
