Very Disappointing Customer Support and Payment Experience
I have been using Glow for a long time and always paid by credit card using the deposit feature. After the deposit feature was removed, I now have to complete the entire payment process every time I book a massage, which is much less convenient.
I contacted customer support to ask why the feature was removed and why the payment page sometimes redirects to the BaoKim information page instead of the actual payment page. Unfortunately, they did not answer either question. They only repeated that it was a “company decision” without explaining the reason.
I understand companies can change their policies, but customers deserve clear explanations and proper support. This customer service experience was very disappointing.

이번 업데이트는 사실상 고객입장에서 실망이 크다.
다른 지역의 테라피스트들 신상정보와 리뷰를 볼 수 없게 만든 것은 이해되지 않음. 리뷰만이라도 보게 변경 요청함. 이 어플의 가장 큰 장점이 리뷰보고 선택하는 건데 그거를 막아 버리면 어떡하냐

요즘은 부르자마자 취소해달라고 하더라
수수료 너무 많이 뗘간다고....고객입장에서 취소하면 이것 또한 리스크가 있어서 테라피스트 입장을 고려하고 적정 하게 좀 싸게 받는 고객도 좋긴 하지만 서비스중 폰만 본다던지 서비스 형편 없어도 하소연 할수없음 취소해달라고 하면 취소하지마세요 그런말 하고 열심히 잘 하는 사람 없어요.

다만, 리뷰에 개선을 좀 요청드립니다.테라피스트를 선택할때 리뷰를 보고 선택의 도움을 많이 받습니다. 하지만 고의적인 악성 리뷰 또는 반대의 경우도 있기 때문에 리뷰를 작성한 사용자의 다른 리뷰들도 볼 수 있도록 개선하면 좋겠습니다. 정말로 자주 사용하는 이용자의 리뷰인지 단순 한번의 이용으로 인한 리뷰인지, 또 도움되는 리뷰를 한 사용자의

Great massage experience
I had a wonderful experience booking through this app. The process was simple and smooth, and everything worked exactly as expected. I received a massage from Linyi and she was excellent — very professional, attentive, and skilled. The session was relaxing and helped relieve a lot of tension from travel.
I really appreciate that the service is available 24/7, which makes it very convenient when you need it. Overall a great experience and I would happily use this app again.
