stories & art fantastic. bad customer support

i’d love to pay money for coins to unlock story choices and support the amazing artists and writers. however a bug occurred in which my payment was taken but the coins never showed up on my account. i sent an email to the support with exact date and amount as stated on the receipt i got from the apple store, which is how i purchased the coins, but only received a “We’ll look into it” response with no further responses nor a refund since. This was back in October 2024

It’s good but..

I like the app, but I wish there was a way to earn free coins, like being able to watch ads for coins without having to pay actual money. Other than that, it’s a good game.
