So worth it!
I really love Guided by Glow. It feels calming, sexy, intimate, and actually super fun to explore, not weird or over produced. The meditations, breathwork, and sensual audio practices help you connect and let you explore pleasure and sexuality. It’s a beautiful app for women who want something deeper than a typical wellness app, with guided practices for intimacy, confidence, relaxation, and feeling good in your own skin.

Charge me for months and still charging me with access still locked
This app feels deeper and more personal
I honestly downloaded Guided by Glow expecting another typical meditation app, but this feels so much deeper and more personal.
After just a few sessions, I noticed I was calmer, more grounded, and way more connected to myself emotionally.
The way they talk about embodiment, softness, feminine energy, boundaries, and healing feels incredibly real and comforting especially if you’ve been feeling disconnected, anxious, burned out, or emotionally numb.
What surprised me most is how safe and understood the app makes you feel. It’s not cheesy or overly “self help.” The guidance feels intimate, calming, and genuinely healing.
I usually never leave reviews, but this app deserves more recognition because it’s helping women reconnect with themselves in a way I haven’t seen from other wellness apps.
If you’ve been struggling to slow down, feel present, or just want to feel more like yourself again, download this app. It’s honestly become part of my daily routine now. ✨

Love the guided practices!
I love being able to close my eyes, listen to a guided practice, and feel into my body without worry or judgement.

This app has helped me rekindle the sexual flame with myself. The pandemic has kept me inside and alone. But, I feel like this has been a gateway to myself to keep me sexually stimulated and it’s also very relaxing honestly. I’m so grateful for the variety of meditations. This is an app that feels like it cares about me. If that makes sense. So many of these meditations are super sexy and the guides are engaging. Thank you Guided by Glow! 🥰

What about men?
Once paid for, it becomes apparent that this app is intended for women. None of the stories are for men, albeit a few are listed as “Men Enjoy”, but even they are women focussed.
Men enjoy being seduced too!
The stories are well read but each only lasts a few minutes and there aren’t enough of them.
Similarly the meditative audios are woman focussed.
Make each story 15 minutes and make all the audio files focussed on both men and women. Then it just might be worth the subscription. As it is, the app is heavily overpriced and should probably be free with ads.

Content
It seems to me that it could be a good idea but there’s not enough free content to learn or enjoy any of the app. I’m not sure if the content is rotated at all, but the developers really should add more to make people WANT to buy the app, currently I do not.
Love so much, but buggy
This is by far my favorite meditation app for content, that being said, I can’t use it now because it doesn’t load and the meditations don’t play. So, I’m very sad about that but also annoyed that it happened a month in to my subscription and I paid for a whole year.
Helped with sexuality
Has helped so much with feeling comfortable with my sexuality and how I feel about my body.
Impossible to see if it’s worth subscribing
From what I can tell there is but a single free audio “sample” on this app. Everything else is locked to subscription only. I selected “explore free” audios or whatever and it gave that one free sample, which appears to be just a meditation on the beach. How can you even tell if it is worth investing in this app if there is no appreciable free content? This one will get deleted shortly unless the developer responds and tells me I’m missing something and how to find it. Either way, they apparently don’t make it easy unless you pony up the money first. It makes me wonder if all the favorable reviews are fake.

Love the content, app needs more enhancements
Love the content & voice talent, guided meditations are wonderful.
Would be great if the following enhancements can be made soon:
- Content can be saved to offline mode
- Playlists
- Main page option to select meditation based on duration/time
- iWatch app so meditation can be controlled on iWatch itself while being played
- FAQs
- App privacy settings, e.g. app can only be opened via Face ID / biometrics, two-factor authentication
- Feedback to app developer button/link within the app
- Pricing plan and functionality if a couple/partners both use the app.

Soothes My Nervous System!
What an amazingly well-made app! I have been on a journey of getting more in touch with my sensuality and sexuality and this app helps me not alone awaken this powerful energy but it also helps me come deeper into my body. App keeps crashing
I would love to give more stars but the app keeps crashing. You cannot access any of the locked sessions and I have signed up to a free month. There is no other way of accessing this except the app and no way of gaining support. Very disappointing.

I love romance novels and fantasizing about different scenarios—this app gives me that similar journey but it’s all about me and not someone else. I love the release, the stories and the meditation coaches. Everything about it is sooooooo perfect!

Helped with my vaginismus
I’m so grateful for this app! I struggled with vaginismus for many years. Using dilators definitely helped, but when I added the use of Guided by Glow, it took things to the next level. It helped me explore my sexuality, my body, and build a sort of trust in myself that wasn’t there before because of the (unnecessary) shame I felt for having vaginismus. Girl, my vaginismus is gone. Gone! I am still amazed by how much this app helped. Highly recommend!! ✨
