Glow Reach Redeem

Glow Redeem is the staff companion app for businesses that run their loyalty program on Glow Reach. Your customers keep their loyalty card in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. With Glow Redeem, your team simply scans that card's QR code to: • Add a stamp or points for a visit • Redeem a reward once it's earned • Apply a member discount • See the member's status instantly Fast, contactless, and built for the counter — no extra hardware, works on any phone. Every scan syncs to your Glow Reach dashboard in real time, so your records stay accurate across every device and location. Give each team member their own secure sign-in, so you always know who did what. Note: Glow Redeem is a companion app for businesses that already use Glow Reach (glowreach.app). Staff accounts are created by the business owner from the web dashboard — there is no in-app purchase or sign-up inside the app. Questions? Visit glowreach.app.
