Charged and didn’t gave me rubies.
I was charged 3 times and never got the rubies. Apple cannot give me a refund and Glow Customer service only says do a “Restore Purchase” but nothing happens. They just robbed $40 from me. And this already happened once 2 months ago with a $24 purchase.

I love the app, but since the update it’s been crashing and not letting me in

I need help logging back into my account, it’s said I had to restart the app which I did and later it didn’t let me in, which is not fair because I put money into that account, either I can get back in or get my money back!!!!

u need to pay to video call and text, and to video chat u need to to keep restocking on coins which also run out quick ON PURPOSE to keep taking money from you. i also got scammed because they took more money from my card then I initially bought.
Services out of the app
The latinas offer services out of the app for cheap. Is better to send them money in their accounts than the app. You can have more fun out of the app. They go live and offer other services, dont recharge on the app offer out of the app.
