A regular health log app but with AI
This app gives you a plan that is a one size fits all. The AI isn’t helpful. Don’t buy this app, just get myfitnesspal and if you need AI advice use a free one online.

Buggy app: Paid for an annual subscription, locked out with no support response
As it stands I can not recommend this app. In the few months on it they keep taking away features I initially enjoyed the app for and now I can’t even log in: it’s prompting me to pay again even though my subscription is active through next year. Support hasn’t responded yet. I feel like I wasted my money.
Update: I did reach out to support several times before they sent that follow up below. Never heard back from anyone. That’s the flaw of an AI company: no humans available to troubleshoot. Anyway after over a month of silence and not being able to access the app I paid upfront for a year I got in touch with Apple and got a full refund on the membership. This company should really offer free trials and I wouldn’t recommend paying for it for a year upfront. Get a preview. The app had promise but right now it’s way too buggy and the UI is changing way too drastically and too often to use it as a consistent weight loss program. The tracking features are also incorrect and AI doesn’t remember the macros for the protein shakes I log *every day* lol I ended up still doing all my logging in MyFitness Pal which I’ve since returned to using as a primary tool.
