Thoughts

Initially from looking at this app, it’s a great setup and starter for some trying to get into working out.
I personally go to the gym and have 2 separate memberships. Personally for $19.99 monthly I think there isn’t enough content. Unless I’m missing some weekly release or something.
Also I believe having one free workout session should be available to see if the individual really wants to continue.
Overall I love the set up of the app and the challenges. Hope more content and maybe possible gym workouts get released.

Great

I have only had this app for a week and it’s been great. My only suggestion would be including low impact variations(no jumping) or “easier” variations of certain movements/exercises. Aswell as adding a playlist where you can like certain workouts that you would like to keep doing. Other than that it’s awesome. Excited to keep using it!
