About
Your Strava history, painted across Apple Maps.
Sign in once and pull every activity you've ever logged on Strava. Each ride, run, hike, swim, and ski overlays as a translucent line on the map; where your routes overlap, the lines stack into a personal heatmap that quietly tells the story of where you've been.
— FILTER BY SPORT —
A glass sidebar lists every sport type present in your history with its activity count. Toggle running on, cycling off, or solo any sport with a tap. Counts and totals update live.
— TOURS: GROUP YOUR RIDES YOUR WAY —
Build collections of activities that belong together — a multi-day bikepack, a training block, a weekend trip — and call them Tours. The filter lets you show only the activities in a tour, or layer several tours at once.
Tours sync back into Strava as #tags in each activity's description, so they're portable: edit them in StravaHeat, or in Strava itself, or in any other tool that respects #tags. Nothing is locked in.
— DESIGNED FOR LIQUID GLASS —
Built natively for iOS 26, iPadOS 26, and macOS Tahoe. The sidebar adopts the system's Liquid Glass material; the map uses realistic elevation on iPhone and iPad. NavigationSplitView on every screen size — sheet on iPhone, split view on iPad and Mac — sharing one codebase, one sync, and one history.
— PRIVATE BY DEFAULT —
Activities and Tours sync between your devices through your own private CloudKit database. Strava tokens live in the device Keychain. There are no analytics, no third-party SDKs, and no servers in the middle. Your route data goes from Strava to your devices and stops there.
— REQUIRES —
A free Strava account. iOS 26 / iPadOS 26 / macOS Tahoe or later. iCloud is recommended for cross-device sync but not required — the app falls back to local-only storage if iCloud is unavailable.
StravaHeat is not affiliated with Strava, Inc. "Strava" is a trademark of Strava, Inc.

1.1
August 16, 2026
Much faster map rendering — the heatmap now stays smooth with thousands of activities on screen. Tour tags continue importing in the background, so they finish even if you don't open the app for a while.
