I didnāt even get to use the app before it shut down and took me back to the home screen. Mind you I have a new phone that was purchased 5 week ago and is the 3rd newest Apple iPhone. Donāt waste ur time or money.

This app will say itās charging you $6.00 and instead charges you $60.00. Then not respond to multiple requests of an explanation/ refund. So I figured, I practically mortgaged my house to pay for it so I might as well use it right?! Except all it does is tell you how bad you look every day and how you could look better. Save yourself the money and mary an abusive man instead. It would cheaper.

App doesnāt work, but they keep charging you weekly. Emailed their customer service, no reply. Had to literally cancel my credit card and go through hassles for such a minor thing.

basically, you open the app and take photos of your face and press the 'start scan' option. there are no other buttons. you press on that option and it tells you you need to pay Ā£6.99 to access the app...

I get that AI costs money, but why even have the app for free when it costs money to do ANYTHING. Itās kind of deceiving and sort of a lie because the app description says NOTHING about it costing money, except a āsubscriptionā Not that I care. I know I am an 100/10 š

I'm sorry to hear about your negative experience. The app uses AI to do the face scans which costs us money to run, meaning we have to charge users to use the app.
