Only works with Bluetooth
Spent a month troubleshooting with glue support, still no fix. This lock works fine as a Bluetooth lock but you cannot use it remotely via WiFi or cellular.
Update ruined it
When someone starts: ”I don’t usually write reviews on these”, you know it’s not gonna be good. And this is exaclty how I start this.
This used to be good, worked seamlessy for a long time, until an update some time ago.
Now opening the app lags — a big time.
Used to be possible open the app in the elevator, swipe lock open while walking towards the door and bang!!! Walk straight in.
Now the app won’t open. As if it tries to connent somewhere??
Figured it pings somewhere and if not connected to 4G / wifi, lags.
Correct me if I am wrong and I’ll change my rating, but moreover: FIX THIS BUG!!

Works well thought not as intuitive to set up as would of expected. Door status is not reliable as does not register manual operations so phone log can’t be relied on?
A Lock configuration in the app seems missing? No way to control the latch bolt hold back timer, the Latch is released too quickly to open the door as our door has no lever handle on the outside, I have to unlock the door twice to enter, not ideal?

Great product
Love the lock, just a few comments for improvement:
1. I have changed WiFi networks and the hub won’t go through OOBE successfully, it gives up after scanning the code
2. The Bluetooth connection could be quicker - I often find my first attempt at an unlock is a failure as my flat is right outside a lift, so I’m standing around for about 30s
3. It would be great to have a watch app

Really great product
Have tried multiple smart locks and this one is by far the best. Really good design and the app is intuitive and easy to use
Getting better all the time
Love the new app! Love the fact I can now ask Siri to unlock my door (using my secret pre recorded command that I’m not sharing on here!!!!)
Nothing new
So a new icon but nothing worthwhile in the latest update. Feels like these guys have given up. Need more functionality like force touch, Apple Watch complications etc...
